One of the most rewarding projects we have done in these communities, is build playgrounds for the children. Most of them have never seen a playground before so when our teams come in to build, you can just watch the excitement and curiosity grow in their eyes. Then to watch them swing on a swing for the first time, or hang from the monkey bars, or just play on a see-saw with their friends… the smiles and laughter fill the air and warm your soul. We hope to build several more in the surrounding communities, so these kids can experience what it’s truly like to just be a kid.
